This authentic Arts and Crafts, Mission Oak period tall case or grandfather clock is all original from the very early 1900's. The solid oak case has very fine grain and a deep brown finish, the burnished brass dial, pendulum and weights have marvelous patina.
Professionally cleaned and oiled, the 8 day brass movement is signed by noted American maker, "Gilbert of Winstead, Conn." A good runner, there is a strike on the hour and half, it winds with pull chains.
Size of this harmonious antique clock is 22" wide, 14" deep and 6'11" tall.
