Lavishly carved about 1900 in Renaissance style, this marvelous sideboard or backbar has lions, figures and an upper cabinet with iron grill work in one door.

The gleaming finish on walnut and birch hardwoods is excellent. Wrought iron hardware is original, and the stellar hand carving is high relief. Drawers have hand-cut dovetails, and the upper section is removable for shipping.

Well proportioned moldings and large bun feet give this antique a substantial, architectural feeling. There are small shrinkage separations and very minor mars at the edges of this imposing and historic furniture.

Dimensions are 6'4" wide, 22" deep, 7' tall and the base cabinet is 39" high.
