Solid mahogany, this Victorian antique stand or caddy for a large wheel of cheese dates from the late 1800's. Carved in England, the finish is very nice, there are cracks and stains.
There are tiny hand-cut dovetails at the joints, and size of this wonderful cheese holder is 17" long, 8" wide and 7" tall.
