Hand carved in walnut, this Victorian antique bed was hand made about 1890. The double or full size bed
The original finish has minor restorations and a very warm patina, and there are various shrinkage separations due to age.
The bed has been fitted with modern steel rails to accommodate modern standard full or double mattress and spring sets. Length is 6'10," the headboard is 4'7" wide and 5'2" tall, the footboard is 43" tall.
The last photo shows a matching bed and nightstand.
