A solid walnut Victorian bookcase or china cabinet has wavy glass doors and a superb satiny finish. The upper shelves are adjustable on wooden supports.
Four graduated drawers have hand cut dovetails, fruit and walnut leaf pulls are surrounded with "racetrack" moldings.
Beautifully crafted American antique furniture from about 1870, the patina is a rich deep brown. The back is rough-sawn, secured with hand-cut nails, and on the top hand-cut dovetails holding are visible.
The size of this nostalgic and multipurpose cupboard is 44" wide, 22" deep, 6'3" tall and the separate base is 39" high.
