Victorian 1870 Walnut Armoire or Wardrobe

An American classic, this solid walnut Victorian armoire or wardrobe was hand-made about 1870. Graceful proportions and outstanding workmanship are evident everywhere - round or "pin-and-cove" dovetails in the drawers and deeply sculptured doors and crown. Square nails are visible on the backside, and this armoire disassembles for moving.

The rich brown finish is excellent. Interior of this antique furniture is empty, except for one original shelf with original iron hooks. It could be fitted with a closet pole or more shelves if desired.

Measurements are 4' wide, 19" deep and 6' 7 1/2" tall, the inside is 15" deep.
