A cast iron coffee grinder was used in a country store about 1890. The original red paint has beautiful patina, and an embossed signature "Elgin National Coffee Mill, Woodruff & Edwards Co., Elgin, Ill."
There is a hand-crank and two pulleys, presumably to connect to a motor if your arm gets tired. Size of this charming Americana antique is 18" wide, 14" deep and 29" tall.
