Richly hand carved in the Renaissance manner, a walnut writing desk or library table has hand carved figural statues and lion heads.

The lustrous finish is excellent with only minor mars at the edges on this antique furniture dating from about 1900. Original locks are operational on hand dovetailed drawers. Matched grain on the top is especially radiant. Deep moldings and balanced proportions lend grandeur to this antique furniture.
