Hand-carved of mahogany with matched flame grain, this lovely sofa is transitional between American Empire and Victorian periods about 1850. The gleaming finish is excellent with small mars at the edges, the frame is firm and strong.

Comfortable springs are also in good condition, fabric has slight fading but very little wear. Measurements of this top-notch antique furniture are 6'10" long, 31" deep, 39" tall and the seat is 18" high.
