Art Nouveau Mahogany Birdseye Dresser, Vessel Sink

Authentic Art Nouveau period furniture from about 1900, this dresser, server, bar or vessel sink vanity has a marble top and original shaped mirror with an etched beveled edge. Entirely original and in remarkably pristine condition, the solid mahogany frame has contrasting birdseye maple panels.

Curvaceous lines express the graceful design of the period, recalling famed artists of the day, Tiffany, Galle and Majorelle. The satiny finish has beautiful patina in warm, medium tones. Artistic hand-carved details are outstanding. Brass hardware is original, drawers have hand-cut dovetails. The marble has gorgeous natural grain - there are strong repairs in the gallery, see photos.

Size of this exquisite historic furniture is 4'2" wide, 22" deep and 6'4" tall, the marble top is 34" high. Matching pieces are sold separately.
