Made by famous American clockmaker, Seth Thomas of Connecticut, this clock has a beautiful polished celluloid case in rosewood grain. The 8 day brass movement is a good runner, engraved "ST" on the back, it strikes one bell on the quarter hour and three bells together on the hour.
There is some tarnish on the silver dial and a few mars at the the edges - see photos. Feet and bezel around the convex glass door are brass. Dating from about 1890, size is 12" wide, 8" deep and 14" tall.
