Each leg of this spectacular library, writing or hall table is a magnificent hand-carved lion. The top and edges are all quarter-matched walnut burl, and in the center of the trestle base is a monumental carved finial.

The gleaming finish is impeccable on walnut, this antique furniture dates from about 1910. The bold scale and grand proportions are masterful, with three dimensional paw feet.

Measurements are 6' 2" long, 40" deep, 31" tall and legroom is 26" underneath.
