Crafted of solid oak in the late Victorian or Eastlake period, this sideboard or buffet has "spoon" or "chip" carving, characteristic of the period, about 1885.
The rich brown finish is superb, and the old mirror is wavy. Embossed brasses are original, except for part of the right hand door pull, see photos. Drawers are dovetailed. The left door raised panel has a natural knot at the top, see photo.
Dimensions of this charming American antique furniture are 46" wide, 21" deep, 6' 1" tall and the top surface is 36" high.
