This authentic marquetry inlay commode or three drawer chest from the 1920's has a shaped marble top and gracefully curved bombe or convex sides and front with artistically inlaid marquetry of mahogany and satinwood.

Lavish heavy brass mounts are original. Marble is in excellent condition. Drawers and the case have dovetailed construction, finished inside. The polished finish is excellent, enhancing the dramatic shimmering wood grain.

Dimensions of this spectacular hand crafted furniture 36" wide, 21" deep and 32" tall.
