This antique writing desk or library table was carved of fine grained quarter sawn oak about 1925, and has detailed pedestals. The gleaming finish is excellent in a warm medium brown, and the parquet top is beautifully figured. There is an old shrinkage separation on one foot that is old and stable, see photo.
