Wow!!! We just love our "new" antique (1800's) Grandfather clock! What a find - thank you (Ken, Kim, Lisa, Rita, Rebecca and anyone I missed) for helping me decide which clock to buy, provide a great solution to our ceiling height issue, etc. You are the best. We are thrilled with our purchase and love hearing it chime hourly.

Rick did a great job delivering our treasure! It arrived on time and without delay even though the metro DC area had a bit of snowy weather and we are not nearly as experienced as you are in Appleton.
