An exquisite authentic Dutch Colonial armchair was hand carved of solid mahogany and inlaid with delicate marquetry in the Dutch East Indies about 1890.
The frame is sturdy and tight, the glowing finish is in excellent condition. Gracefully curved, the back is very comfortable. Hundreds of golden inlaid pieces are hand engraved. The seat is newly upholstered in European fabric.
Measurements are 23" wide, 22" deep, 44" tall and the seat is 19" high.
