Architectural salvage from England about 1900, this mantel or wall mirror is mahogany with an original shaped and beveled mirror. There are losses around the edges in several places, see photos.
The finish is well preserved and has been waxed and buffed, so all that is needed to maintain its warm patina is an occasional wipe with a soft dry cloth. At the bottom is a gracefully curved shelf, there are panels of quarter matched flame grain.
Measurements of this wall mounted or countertop antique are 71" wide, 31" tall and 9" deep.
