A spectacular French Art Deco chandelier from about 1925 has intact opal glass feather mounts and embossed shades with etching and amber tips.
The original fitted glass was said to be by famous French maker "Sabino of Paris," the pieces certainly look like their work, but are unsigned so nothing can be proven. Sabino glass often had only paper labels, so that is also possible.
The heavy cast copper frame is patinated and shaded, this antique light fixture has been rewired and adapted for standard US current and bulb sockets.
Shades are 9" diameter. Dimensions are 28" diameter and 21" tall excluding the adjustable chain and original ceiling cap.
