A Victorian period library bookcase dates from about 1885, crafted of solid oak with cherry doors.
The restored finish is in excellent condition, preserving just enough mars for a little antique character on this American made furniture. Heavy brass pulls and the working door lock are original. Later shelves adjust on replacement standards and clips. The drawer has dovetailed joints. Sides are paneled. One door has original wavy glass, the other is replaced, see photos.
Measurements are 38" wide, 18" deep and 60 1/2" tall.
