A Victorian iron strong box, treasure chest or safe from the 1850's was said to have been used by a railroad.
Traces of the original hand painting are preserved with a new clear lacquer finish. Inside this antique are small compartments. There is a hasp where a padlock would have been used.
Size is 22" wide, 15" deep and 13" tall.
