Besly Victorian Antique Oak Roll-Top Miniature File

A charming little tabletop three drawer file cabinet has a roll-top, and original signatures, "The Besly Cabinet" made by "Brown and Besly."
Made of solid oak about 1890, the design is late Victorian or Eastlake. The roll operates easily, and each drawer has a patented spring loaded arm to secure papers up to 9 1/2" x 12." Brass label holders are original, 2 have old "Letters" and "Receipts" labels.
The golden finish is very fine with enough character to show its age - mars and wear - see photos. Size of this American antique is 16" wide, 16" deep and 20" tall.
