Carved Antique Biedermeier or Empire Sofa

A large and comfortable sofa in the Biedermeier or Empire style also shows Art Nouveau influence.
Hand-carved of solid mahogany in the early 1900's, the frame is strong and solid. The original finish appears to have been revarnished, there are only minor mars at the edges of this remarkable furniture. The fabric is in very good condition, there are some small spots including one under the outside of an arm, see photos. The seat is very deep and springy.
Size of this dramatic antique sofa is 6' 7" wide, 33" deep, 47" tall and the seat is 18" high.
