This semi-circular coffee table flips open to a round "hunt-board" or serving table. Classic Georgian styling in mahogany with gold-tooled leather, this is vintage furniture in wonderful condition.
Originally intended to serve a cold evening supper of cheeses and smoked meats after a day of hunting, this is a marvelous table for appetizers or dessert.
When the drawer is opened, 2 legs slide out to support the flip-open top. There is a separate matching insert for the center "donut hole."
About 60 years old, this clever and classic table is solid and very well made, signed underneath by noted maker, "Weiman Heirloom."
Dimensions are 4' wide, almost 18" tall, and 2' deep when closed, and 4' in diameter when opened.
