Dating from about 1915, this country Victorian butcher's chopping block would make a nice kitchen island or wine table.

Solid hardrock maple, turned legs are ash. There is a burned in brand signature, "Welded Wood, Petoskey Mich," see photo. This cutting block has a solid dovetailed hard maple top with a very fine golden finish and substantial turned legs.

There are stains, cracks, and wonderful warm patina from nearly a century's use. Beautiful antique American furniture, measurements are 24 1/2" by 31" and 30" tall.
