Hand crafted of solid oak in Great Britain about 1900, a Georgian design Welsh Dresser is also called a pewter cupboard.
Traditionally part of a bridal dowry, this classic antique held a bride's pewter and linens. The deep finish is in superb condition. For easier moving, the upper gallery section is removable. Drawers have hand cut dovetail joints and original pierced brasses.
Measurements of this historic furniture are 62" wide, 22" deep, 6' 10" tall and the base is 33" high.
