An oak Arts and Crafts or Mission period four-stack bookcase dates from about 1910. The original wavy glass is beautiful, the finish and hardware are also original and in excellent condition. The base and top are separate stacking pieces as well. Two sections have a removable shelf that is adjustable. One section has a working lock.
Signed "Ideal," the three upper sections hold books up to 12" tall and 8 1/2" deep. The lower section has a diamond-matched solid door and holds books up to 14" tall and 12" deep.
Overall dimensions of this antique furniture are 35" wide, 15" deep and 6' 1" tall.
