This pair of chairs is a wonderful example of genuine Victorian papier mache antique furniture from about 1860. They are entirely handmade with original hand painting and inlaid mother-of-pearl work.
There have been numerous repairs and touchups, these charming historic chairs are solid and usable. Seats have worn hand needlepoint upholstery that appears to have never been completed, the removable cushions could easily be recovered, if desired.
Measurements are 17" wide, 20" deep, 31 1/2" tall and seats are 18" high. Table in last photo is offered separately
