A 1930's armchair has an opulent carved and pierced frame with a shell crest and curving "rope twist" motifs. The strong and sturdy frame is solid mahogany with an excellent glossy finish.
Cut velvet upholstery is old but in very good condition, not all the tufted buttons are snug. The soft genuine down seat cushion is zippered. This American made furniture is very comfortable.
Size is 34" wide, 36" deep, 35" tall and the seat is 18" high.
