Victorian Antique Oil Painting, Webb Balcony Scene

A lovely original oil painting on canvas is signed by Webb and dated "1893." Although difficult to read, it appears that the painter also listed the architect of the stone balcony depicted in the painting. We were only able to decipher the signature "Webb" and the word "architect."
Neutral grays of the stone contrast beautifully with the man and women looking out from the balcony. The original gold frame is quite beautiful and fitting, and has had some pofessional touch ups. It measures 25" wide, 30" tall, and 4" deep.
