An opulent carved Victorian hall stand has figures, lion heads and paws. The masterful artistry is fabulous - hand carved in high relief of solid walnut, this fabulous hall stand is chiseled just like a block of marble.
Beautiful warm patina on the original finish from about 1875 is alluring. Large brass hat and coat hooks plus the umbrella drip pan are original as well. The removable carved crest at the top depicts a "North Wind" face.
Measurements of this majestic antique furniture are 5' wide, 10" deep, and 8'10" tall, without the crest, height is 7'7."
