Hand-made of pine about 1870, this Victorian "cottage" design chest or dresser is expertly painted or "grained." Pulls are hand-carved walnut.
The original finish is remarkable, with only minor touch-ups and a few stains on the top. Upper drawer has a curved front, lower drawers are hand dovetailed.
