An 1870 era armoire reflects Victorian Renaissance design in solid curly walnut. Classical carved details are well proportioned, the finish is excellent on highly figured wood. A large bottom drawer has hand cut dovetails and original brass pulls.
The empty interior is 19" deep and entirely lined with intricate birdseye maple, it could be fitted with shelves or a closet pole as desired. There is a little "smoke" in the original plate glass mirror to show its age, the original door lock still works with a key.
American made furniture, this historic armoire can be disassembled for moving. Dimensions are 46" wide, 25" deep and 91" tall.
