An authentic Arts and Crafts or Mission Oak period sofa, bench or settee dates from around 1905. Solid quarter sawn oak, the finish appears original and very well preserved, with appropriate wear at the edges.
The frame is strong and tight, angled sides are striking on this unsigned American made Craftsman antique furniture. This settee has old but not original faux leather with genuine leather and brass nailhead trim. Springs are soft and bouncy.
Measurements are 54" wide, 24" deep, 36" tall and the seat is 17" high.
