This primitive hanging corner cupboard or "tobacco cabinet" was hand hewn of solid oak in Holland about 1750. Very well worn, this charming piece was built with wooden pegs instead of nails.
The old finish has warm antique patina, and has been waxed and buffed to preserve its character. A working lock in the door is later on this historic Dutch furniture.
Size is 19" across the front, 13" on each side and 35" tall.
