This charming rustic cabinet was hand crafted of wormy pine in Italy about 1700, and has paintings of the four cardinal virtues, Fortitude, Prudence, Temperance and Justice, labeled in Italian. There have been many restorations over the centuries on this Renaissance style cupboard.
The old finish has been preserved with clear varnish on this antique furniture. Soft colors, deep moldings and delicate carving are wonderful.
Measurements are 29" wide, 14" deep and 45" tall.
