A pair of solid beech wood bookcases were crafted in Scandinavia in the 1930's.
The original finish is very well preserved and has been waxed and buffed, so all that is needed to maintain their luster is an occasional wipe with a soft dry cloth.
One top is slightly different so they can be told apart, see photos. Sides show square pegs and mortise and tenon joints on this European vintage furniture. Shelves are 8 1/2" apart.
Measurements are 33 1/2" wide, 9" deep and 58" tall.
