A traditional Georgian style breakfront china display cabinet or bookcase was signed by famous maker, "Baker" about 30 years ago.
The original finish on mahogany is very well preserved and has minor wear and touchups on this American made vintage furniture. There are faint shadows from age where the shelves were set on the back panels. Lower doors have matched flame grain panels with inlaid ebony and rosewood banding.
Doors have individual panes of slightly convex glass, three separate banks of shelves are adjustable and have grooves to display plates. Arched grillwork and the pierced pediment are beautiful.
A key operates all locks. The upper section is a separate piece for easier delivery.
Measurements are 68" wide at the crown, 13" deep and 86 1/2" tall.
