Postal Mailbox or 72 Bottle Antique Oak Wine Rack, Abernathy Pat 1912, Counter

A solid oak postal mailbox is signed "Abernathy Mailing System, Chicago & NY, Pat. 1912," and makes an interesting 72 bottle wine rack as well.

The restored finish preserves lots of stains and mars for antique character on this American made furniture. Sides and back are paneled. Painted tin cubicles measure 4 1/2' wide, 4 1/4" tall and 12" deep, and also have a small covered compartment for labels or receipts below.

Size is 5' wide, 13" deep and 39" tall.
