An elegant hall console with inlaid marquetry opens to a dining table with three original leaves, signed "Henry Miller Furniture" Cambridge, MA about 1950.
This style of traditional hall console table that opens to a game table, and also has three leaves for dining size was often called an "apartment" table because of its flexibility.
The restored finish is in excellent condition on mahogany with inlaid banding and marquetry. When extended, center legs drop down for extra support. American made vintage furniture, the top has graceful curves.
Size is console position is 42" wide, 21" deep and 30" tall, game table size is 42" square with 25" of legroom underneath, and with all three 14" wide leaves in place, length is 84" overall.
