Victorian 1880's Antique Carved Oak Tall Chest, Brasses with Faces

A Victorian period tall chest from the 1880's has richly carved drawer fronts with original heavy cast brass pulls, embossed with faces.

The restored finish is in excellent condition, preserving a few stains for antique character. Solid quarter sawn oak has bold beautiful natural grain on this American made furniture, there is a small loss under the front edge of the top, see photos. Drawers have round "pin and cove" dovetail joints, characteristic of the era. Sides are paneled.

Measurements are 40" wide, 21" deep and 54" tall.
