Signed by premier American clockmaker, "Seth Thomas of Connecticut," this brass ship's clock dates from the Victorian period in the mid 1800's.
Cleaned and oiled, the brass 8 day movement keeps excellent time. There are tandem or dual springs and a second hand. There is wear to the silver dial plus scratches on the glass door.
This nautical American antique measures 6 1/2" diameter and 3" deep.
