This hanging or counter top cupboard was originally an 1870's bookcase top from a secretary. About 100 years ago it had tiered shelves installed, and was used as a display cabinet in a pharmacy.
Handmade walnut furniture, there are original square nail heads visible. The old finish is very fine. Shelves are removable, original adjustable saw tooth hangers are still inside.
This American antique would be a marvelous spice cabinet or collector's display. The key is a handle only, the lock does not work, and there is a warp to one door, see photos.
Measurements of this charming antique are 43 1/2" wide, 14" deep and 48" tall.
