An 1895 era country jelly cupboard has "press" carved panels in the doors. Solid maple and poplar hardwoods have a nice old finish with warm antique patina. Two drawers have original brass and iron pulls.
American made, this rustic kitchen furniture was meant to hold a full year's supply of jams and jellies from the fall harvest and canning season. The doors always had a lock to keep hungry children out.
Measurements are 39" wide, 17" deep and 56" tall.
