Hand made during the Victorian period in the 1850's, a bookcase with original wavy glass doors has a pull out "secretary" or writing surface in the top drawer.
Solid walnut, the wonderful old finish has warm antique patina plus stains and mars for character, see photos. Hand dovetailed drawers have inlaid bone keyhole escutcheons.
American made furniture, the bookcase lifts off for easier moving. Shelves adjust on wooden supports, locks and keys are working.
Dimensions of the well proportioned bookcase are 47" wide, 24" deep and 7' tall.
