Said to have been made for an Illinois country schoolhouse, this 1880 era pine and poplar table is 32 1/2" tall, nice for a work table or kitchen island. There are two drawers.
The finish is excellent, preserving lots of wear and dings for antique character, see photos. Legs are strong and tight, secured with carved wooden pegs. Handles at the ends attach the top to the base of this American made rustic furniture.
Measurements are 33" wide, 8' long, 32 1/2" tall and legroom is almost 24" underneath.
