A swivel adjustable desk armchair from about 1910 is solid quarter sawn oak. Completely restored to serve another generation, the renewed deep finish is in excellent condition.
The frame is reglued to be tight and strong, the original cast iron swivel mechanism has adjustable height and tilt. There is a little wiggle when tilted on the durable steel mechanism.
Eight lumbar spindles are curved for comfort, arms are wide and the seat is sculpted. Wheels have smooth rolling ball bearings on this American made antique office or library furniture.
Measurements are 22" wide, 24" deep, 33" tall, the seat is 17" high and 18" deep as shown, adjustable up and down.
