I had a very good experience with the delivery team. It was a tricky delivery, bc I wanted these items delivered to our storage space, about a mile from home, and was trying to meet them there. Plus there was some bad weather which made traffic snarly and everything more difficult.

Cort handled it all in a professional and courteous manner. The key here was communication and he kept in contact and also worked with me to find the best way to get this done. I know they ran into delays from a delivery in the Hamptons, which is not unusual. I let them know that I wasn't in a hurry and could be flexible, but also having small kids, sometimes there's limited time window that I can get away, to meet them over at storage. As soon as Cort heard that, he offered to come pick up storage keys, took everything to storage, unloaded and stored it very neatly and brought the keys back. I was very impressed. That saved me a lot of time and effort and I really appreciated it.

I would give this delivery service an A plus and definitely use them again.

John showed up right on time and helped (maybe a little more than helped – did most of the work) get it into the garage. Son, grandson and friend from son’s workplace came at lunch time to move it into the house.

The furniture is beautiful and solid. I am overwhelmed by the quality - and value.
