The vintage rosewood breakfront arrived yesterday safely despite the weather here in NYC. The shippers from Rick Ships were great! Just want to let you know I received the organ last night, it is stunning ! There was an extra dowel, but I figured out it went on the back of the pedal lyre. I guess it was removed during shipping so it didn't break. The movers from Metropolitan came. The window was between 430 and 830 pm and they arrived at 945 pm. All is forgiven, the packaging of the instrument was superb and it was truely delightful to see such care in packaging. The two gentlemen were very polite and extremely careful moving and setting up my melodeon. Thank you again! I will be sure to leave positive feedback on eBay !

I would not recommend Metropolitan to ship your antiques. My table was shipped on 9/8/16 and I will be receiving it, supposedly, on November 1st. Not only did they break the glass on the table that I ordered but the only communication I have had with Metropolitan is from all of the phone calls that I have had to initiate. They should offer to refund the money I spent on having this table shipped by them.
