This was my first time I ever purchased a piece of furniture without seeing it in person. This was also my first purchase from Harp Gallery. My
initial telephone call with Elizabeth was pleasant and she conducted
herself professionally. Elizabeth was well versed with the piece. I
was still hesitant as this piece was a significant purchase. We chose
to have Rick Ships as they were highly recommended by Harp Gallery.
The piece arrived on time as originally stated. Rick Ships arrived
and their truck was too large to drive up our 500 foot steep driveway.
They without complaint walked this large piece to the door. Once
inside they unwrapped with blankets and thick plastic. They needed to
attach a mirror as well. Needless to say the piece was extraordinary.
We just love, love, love it! The staff who restored this piece are
talented professionals. It is unfortunate we are so far away.

Purchased the Ethan Allen Lingerie Chest. It is everything advertised! It completes our bedroom set as we had hoped. I just wanted to write again and thank you for all your help with my recent antique desk purchase! It arrived yesterday and, as you wrote previously, it IS an exceptional piece! I also want to commend Mike Holiday’s moving services. Mike was the only one who actually promised to bring my desk to the exact location in my home where I needed it to be (in fact, one of the other services specifically limited itself to only a first floor delivery), and, as you know, this desk is very large. Upon arrival, Mike cheerfully disassembled the desk before bringing it into my building (I don’t think it would have fit through the building’s entrance door otherwise) and reassembled it once it was in the room I am planning on using as my new home office. I cannot remember a time when I have received such courteous and complete service as I received from Mike Holiday. I highly recommend his company’s services! Thank you both very much!
